About Me:

I'm Alester, a dedicated Childcare-preneur Coach with a passion for empowering mothers like you to build Christian-based childcare businesses, especially catering to the needs of special needs children. My journey began from a place of necessity, just like yours. Faced with the challenge of finding quality care for my own children, I founded a childcare service. Though I eventually sold the business, my passion for nurturing young minds never waned. 

In 2020, amidst the global pandemic, I returned to childcare, this time establishing a home-based service in my own residence. Motivated by a lack of Christian-focused childcare options, I created a nurturing environment centered around Christian values and curriculum. This time, I decided to welcome special needs children. This decision was inspired by my own experience of having a brother with special needs and therefore firsthand understanding the challenges faced by families with kids with disabilities.

Motivated by my mission to create more nurturing environments that align with our faith and cater to children with special requirements while helping moms to provide financially for their families, I devoted myself fully to this mission. Taking unpaid leave from my corporate job allowed me to focus wholeheartedly on my childcare endeavors and pursue my PhD to bring my vision to life.
